Aligning to a new demographic

One Lincoln Tower consists of 148 luxury condominiums located in what will become the tallest structure in Bellevue, Washington – one of the Northwest’s prime real estate locations. This collection of premier living spaces sits above a four-star hotel and is next door to some of the regions finest shopping, cultural and entertainment centers. Originally marketed to young, high tech, urban professionals, the development suffered when the market shifted. To align to the new market demographic, dramatic re-positioning was needed.
